"Website inventory not current"
I ordered a dress for the holidays. My order went through, but then five days later, it got canceled. It's really annoying that the stock levels aren't updated on the site. If I had been aware that my size was sold out, I could've easily picked something else instead of rushing around last minute.

We got our package just a few days after placing the order. The dress looks just as stunning as it does in the photos. It seems to be crafted well, though the lace is quite delicate. Fits true to size.

"Happy with the clothes, but shipping was a letdown"
I’m really pleased with the clothes I got, but they didn’t get shipped out in under 24 hours. The customer service rep said it was with the post office. Sadly, that wasn’t true since the items hadn’t even shipped according to what I found out from the company. They do reply fast to emails, but in this instance, the info was wrong and the item arrived way too late. I’ll be returning it.

"The outfit is nice, but there's a catch..."
I gotta say, the outfit is really nice. I’m okay with the price, but it oughta feel a bit more special, especially since it was advertised as made in the US. Turns out, mine was made in the Philippines. Plus, a buddy of mine snagged the same outfit for nearly half what I spent, and hers even came with a pair of socks!

"Thrilled with this buy"
This is a top-notch cotton piece with solid stitching. The overall appearance is sharp, and the size fits our kiddo just right, but the hat's band was a bit snug for his noggin, so he probably won't be able to sport it at his baptism. Everything else in the outfit was great, though. Plus, shipping was fast and hassle-free.

I got my hands on 2 dresses from a store on the Cape, but they were out of the third matching one in size 4. So, I headed straight to your site. Ordering was a breeze, and the dress showed up in just a week. Huge thanks! I’ve got 3 little granddaughters and I’m planning to snap a family photo of the girls all decked out in your dresses.

"Poor Customer Service"
I placed an order and a few days later received a refund without asking for it or any reason given. I reached out via email, and they informed me that the item was out of stock. That’s alright, but their site still shows it as available. Not a great way to handle things.

"Got my order overnight"
I noticed that overnight shipping wasn’t available on their site, so I decided to give them a call. The staff checked to confirm they had the product in stock and quickly sent it out overnight, making sure we got it just in time for our little one’s baptism. I really appreciated the extra effort they made to get the item to us fast.
